Job Description

The Call Center Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment strategy to attract and hire qualified call center agents. This includes Bulk Hiring, overseeing the recruitment team, planning, and implementing effective recruiting processes and tools, managing candidate sourcing, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to meet the organization s staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities :
  1. Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies to fill call center positions which will involve bulk hiring in a timely manner.
  2. Lead, mentor, and supervise the recruitment team, ensuring clear goals and
  3. accountability.
  4. Maximum utilization of ATS and various portals for recruitment
  5. Collaborate with call center management to understand specific hiring needs and departmental nuances.
  6. Source candidates through most cost-efficient channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, campus hiring, apprenticeship programs etc
  7. Implement and maintain recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the recruitment process.
  8. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  9. Stay abreast of recruitment trends and continuously innovate the recruitment process to attract top talent.
  10. Negotiate offers, carry out background checks, and finalize the hiring process.
  11. Develop and manage a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  12. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory concerns related to recruitment and Hiring.
Qualifications :
Preferred MBA in HR, can consider a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with relevant experience and exposure in the same field.
Experience and Soft Skills Required:
  • Proven experience as a recruitment manager or similar role, preferably in a call center or high-volume hiring environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate management systems.
  • Ability to strategize and implement high-level recruitment initiatives.
  • In-depth understanding of the entire recruitment process.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong network within recruitment circles and proven sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and practices.
Operating Environment
Office setting with standard working hours, with the requirement to work extra hours during peak recruitment periods.
Occasional travel to job fairs, college campus and networking events may be required.
