UX Designer

Department - User Experience

Experience - 5 years and above

We are looking for a passionate and user-centric UX Designer with 3-6 years of experience in designing solutions across multiple form factors (desktop, tablets, mobile). The ideal candidate will have strong practical knowledge in user-centred design methodologies and collaborate closely with business teams to deliver engaging and intuitive designs.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, information architecture, and design thinking.
• Ability to translate business and user needs into intuitive and emotionally engaging designs.
• Experience designing wireframes and applying design thinking principles.
• Capable of working independently, managing work queues, time, and expectations effectively.

• A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on user goals and solutions.
• Ability to work in collaborative environments and provide design solutions that align with business objectives.
• Expertise in designing for multiple devices and screen sizes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business teams to implement user-centered design solutions.
• Manage and prioritize your workload to meet project deadlines and expectations.
• Design user-friendly solutions across multiple platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Create wireframes and prototypes based on business, technical, and user requirements.
• Ensure that designs are intuitive and engaging, keeping the end-user experience in mind.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in UX/Design or a Bachelors degree with UX certification from HFI/IIT-IDC or similar recognized institutions.
