Sr. UI / UX Designer

Role & responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, gather insights, and perform competitive analysis to inform design decisions and create user-centric designs.
• UX Design: Create wireframes, user flows, and mockups that clearly communicate design concepts, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• UI Design: Develop pixel-perfect user interfaces that are visually appealing, aligned with brand guidelines, and optimized for both web and mobile applications.
• React.js Integration: Work closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are feasible within the React.js framework and guide them in implementing the designs accurately.
• Design Systems: Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital platforms and products.
• Prototyping & Testing: Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests to refine designs based on user feedback.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design ideas are properly executed.
• Design Handoff: Provide detailed design specifications and assets to developers, ensuring smooth handoffs and proper design implementation in React.js.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of UI/UX best practices, design trends, and advancements in front-end technologies like React.js.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience in React.js and a strong understanding of how front-end technologies interact with UI/UX designs.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
