UI/UX - Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design the efforts for web and mobile applications, marketing collateral, and branding materials. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure our digital and physical design assets align with business goals and resonate with our target audience. This role requires a blend of UI/UX expertise, graphic design, and strategic thinking to elevate the user experience and promote Engro's innovative products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:

o Design of web and mobile interfaces with a focus on usability, modern aesthetics, and seamless user experiences.

o Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for product landing pages, dashboards, and customer portals.

o Conduct user research and create user personas, journey maps, and interaction flows to inform design decisions.

o Collaborate with development teams to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.

Graphic Design:

o Design visually compelling social media posts, event flyers, marketing materials, and corporate presentations in line with Engros brand guidelines.

o Create illustrations, icons, and logos to enhance digital and print media.

o Design branded content for key marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Brand Consistency & Strategy:

o Maintain Engros brand identity across digital and physical products, ensuring all visuals are aligned with our values and message.

o Provide creative direction for company-wide branding efforts, including press releases, event materials, and corporate collateral.

Collaboration & Communication:

o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketing, and engineering to gather input and feedback for design enhancements.

o Present and justify design choices based on best practices and research, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

o Design landing pages, product pages, and microsites that are optimized for user engagement and SEO.

o Lead the creative design for seasonal campaigns, such as themed posts and event-specific collateral, like flyers.

UX Research and Testing:

o Conduct A/B testing and collect user feedback to iterate on designs and improve the user experience.

o Use analytics tools to evaluate the success of design elements and identify areas for improvement.

Design Strategy & Calendar:

o Collaborate with marketing teams to align design assets with content strategies and manage a content calendar for ongoing design projects.

Landing Page Redesign: Ability to revamp landing pages with a focus on creativity, user experience, and modern design.

Product Page Design: Experience in designing product pages with functionalities such as search, sort, filter, and comparison features.

Social Media Creative: Expertise in designing social media posts that integrate festive or event-based themes while maintaining brand identity.

Event Flyers and Corporate Presentations: Proficiency in designing marketing materials for events and creating cohesive corporate presentations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or a related field.

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or related roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design.

Expertise in UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.

Strong proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience in designing for digital marketing, web, and mobile platforms.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS for web-based design implementation.

Solid understanding of SEO principles and responsive design.

Experience in brand management and ensuring consistency across all assets.

Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices to non-designers.

Experience in collaborating with engineering teams to implement design solutions.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of motion design or animation for enhanced user interaction.

Experience in e-commerce design, including user flows for shopping experiences.

Familiarity with A/B testing, heatmaps, and other UX performance tools.

Knowledge of UI/UX for SaaS platforms, specifically in B2B environments.

Experience in creating print-ready designs for event marketing materials.
