UX Designer

Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant work practice
- A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centred design solutions
- A successful proven record having executed mid to large scale design efforts
- A good hold of working on state of the art UI and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision etc
- Understanding and past experience of demonstrating a product design process
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelors/ Masters in Design/ Computer Science would be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the project vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for our projects
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of interfaces
- Take a user-centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Contribute to the organisation culture
