Job Description


  • Handling customer queries, providing chat, voice, and email support.
  • Conducting surveys with customers to understand the usage and overall experience to collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers.
  • Troubleshooting problems and seeing them through to resolution.
  • Demonstrating excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Escalating users unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Requirements

  • English and Hindi language proficiency (written and spoken).
  • A minimum of 1-4 years of experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
