How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

As a Customer Care Professional, you serve as the face and voice of the American Express brand. You can make a meaningful difference in the lives of merchants. • Candidate should have been a part of a Voice process with min 12 Months experience
• Should possess excellent communication skills
• Candidate with Corporate Card/Credit Card Servicing knowledge is preferred 
• Strong Interpersonal, Communication skills Accompanied By Quick Comprehension & Clear Articulation
• Demonstrated Ability to Work Effectively Within A Team Environment

Technical Skills/Capabilities:

• Should have a knowledge of the Commercial side of business 
• Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourceful 
• Exceptional listening and relationship building skills. 
• Demonstrated resiliency in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment. 
• Creative problem-solving, eager to find customized solutions.
• Graduate & above
