Project Manager - MEP

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from design to execution.
  
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve issues and improve project outcomes.
  
• Develop detailed designs for HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing fixtures & fittings using CAD software like AutoCAD or Revit.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in managing large-scale commercial/retail/hotel buildings' MEP works as a Project Manager.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification required.
  
• Strong understanding of MEP design principles and practices; proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
