Asst. Manager_Manager MEP

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP activities from project start to execution, completion, handover within the agreed time without compromising on quality.
• Candidate should have experience in design and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure that all MEP works are properly coordinated with civil & architectural works, by review of coordinated shop drawings.
• Carrying out quality inspections and audits for MEP works executed.
• Develop project timelines and ensure timely execution of works at site.
• Develop and manage project budgets for MEP systems.
• Review subcontractor BOQs and invoices for accuracy and completion.
• Verify subcontractor completed works are in line with contract requirements.
• Providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and identifying and closing loopholes in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all MEP activities comply with safety regulations and best practices.
• Timely delivery of projects and handing over.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE/B.Tech - Electrical or Mechanical with 10+ yrs of experience from real estate industry.
• Proven experience in managing MEP projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems.
• Proficient in MEP design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Age shoul not be more than 40 years.
