Role & responsibilities

1. Analyze demographic and economic data to identify growth opportunities and market segments.

2. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to real estate projects, property values, and investment potential.

3. Develop financial models to evaluate project feasibility and return on investment.

4.Prioritizing technical and functional requirements, identifying what clients want, and determining what is feasible to deliver.

5. It requires a deep understanding of systems, how they function, who will need to be involved, and the necessary steps to get everyone on board.

Candidate details-

1. Strong written, oral communication skills.
2. Knowledge of MS Excel, MS-Word and other MS tools.
3. Organized with attention to detail and thorough documentation skills.
4. Process oriented
5. Understanding of commercial real estate.
