Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of committed work on weekly and monthly basis.
Ensuring Contractors performance.
Ensuring site teams performance.
Ensuring work progress by creating work front and preplanning of materials.
Ensure safe working environment on site.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in B.tech/B.E (Civil) with 15+ yrs experience.
- Must have worked on High-rise Residential/ Township projects with Aluform (Mivan) experience.
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD.
- Project management and supervision skills.
