Mep Project Manager

The MEP Manager (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of the MEP staff, including the coordination of the design, installation, and maintenance of the systems.

• Overseeing the design and installation of MEP systems
• Coordinating with architects and engineers to ensure the MEP systems are integrated into the overall construction project
• Managing a team of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers
• Ensuring all MEP works are completed within the set timeline and budget
• Inspecting and verifying the quality of equipment and systems
• Developing and implementing maintenance procedures for MEP systems
• Ensuring all works adhere to safety regulations and building codes
• Resolving any issues or delays that may affect the schedule of the project
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• Preparing reports and project updates for management
• Participating in project meetings and discussions with the Client as necessary.
