As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes..

Skills & Qualification.

Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth..

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders..

Strong business acumen and understanding of the technology industry, with the ability to communicate complex solutions to customers and internal stakeholders..

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines..

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions..

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field..

Proficiency in CRM software, with experience in Salesforce preferred..

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays..

Responsibilities.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and increase market share..

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes..

Communicate complex solutions to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, with a focus on building trust and credibility..

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver integrated sales strategies and drive business results..

Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline, and analysis to drive sales performance and optimize sales strategies..

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth..

Lead and participate in sales meetings, pitches, and presentations to communicate value proposition and drive sales outcomes..

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and business outcomes to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction..

Provide input and feedback on sales strategies, processes, and tools to drive continuous improvement and optimize sales performance..
