Position Overview

As a Backend Engineer at Ctruh Technologies, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features, optimize processes, and contribute to the overall success of our tech stack.

Key Responsibilities



Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using technologies such as Node.js, Java, Javascript/Typescript, MERN Stack, MongoDB

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and scalability.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize server-side applications.

Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Implement data storage solutions such as SQL and NoSQL databases.

Maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure and DevOps workflows.

Follow best practices for code versioning, testing, and deployment.

Be flexible and adapt to rapidly changing business requirements and technological advancements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role in software development.

Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node.js,Javascript/Typescript, MongoDB.

In-depth knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g.,MongoDB, Redis).

Experience with frameworks and tools like Express.js, or similar.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and experience with third-party integrations.

Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and Web Services.

Experience with version control tools such as Git.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.

Work Schedule & Expectations

Working Days :

Monday to Friday:Work from Office

Saturday:Work from Home

Work Timings

11:00 AM to 08:30 PM

Note :Candidates should be willing to stretch working hours based on project requirements or deadlines.
