Job Overview :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled 3D Web Developer with expertise in Three.js to join our team. As a 3D Web Developer at Ctruh Technologies, you will be responsible for building immersive 3D web experiences and applications, ensuring they are optimized for performance, interactivity, and smooth rendering across various devices. You'll collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring interactive 3D visions to life on the web.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement 3D visualizations and interactive web experiences using Three.js and WebGL.

- Work closely with the UI/UX design team to integrate stunning 3D visuals into dynamic web applications.

- Optimize 3D content for web performance, ensuring fast load times, smooth user interactions, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Create and maintain high-quality 3D assets and animations, ensuring efficient rendering in real-time environments.

- Troubleshoot and debug 3D web applications, ensuring stability and scalability.

- Implement responsive and adaptive designs to ensure seamless 3D experiences across different screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop).

- Collaborate in an agile environment, contributing ideas for improving design, functionality, and performance.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in web-based 3D development.

Requirements :

- Proven experience with Three.js and WebGL: In-depth understanding of 3D rendering, shaders, geometry, and animation in a web environment.

- Strong JavaScript skills, with experience in HTML5 and CSS3.

- Familiarity with 3D modeling and design tools (e.g., Blender, Autodesk Maya) is a plus.

- Experience optimizing performance in 3D web applications (e.g., memory management, draw calls, load times).

- Knowledge of WebXR or similar technologies for creating immersive VR/AR web applications is advantageous.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially when dealing with complex 3D interactions.

- Passion for innovation, and keeping up to date with advancements in 3D web technologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with additional 3D frameworks like Babylon.js or A-Frame.

- Familiarity with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) for web integrations.

- Experience with Git for version control.

- Knowledge of server-side rendering techniques for 3D web apps.

Work Culture & Schedule :

Work Days : Monday to Friday (Work from Office) & Saturday (Work from Home).

Work Timings : 10:00 AM onwards
