Job Title: Human Resource Executive US Staffing

Location: Uppal, Hyderabad, India

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent


We do not provide work from home option. This is mandatory work from office location. Work will be performed from Uppal Location. Night shift


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic recruitment team in Uppal, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring top talent for US IT Recruiters, Lead Recruiters, and Bench Sales Recruiters positions in the US Staffing domain. This role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified professionals in various US-based recruitment roles. The individual will manage the entire hiring cycle while ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT Recruiters, Lead Recruiters, and Bench Sales Recruiters positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Use multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking) to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for US staffing roles.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate the candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific US staffing roles.
  • Offer Management & Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and compensation, and manage the offer letter process to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
  • Bench Sales Recruiters Hiring: Identify and recruit skilled Bench Sales Recruiters with experience in identifying and placing consultants on the bench and managing vendor relationships.
  • Market Research & Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in US staffing, including market demands for IT recruiters, lead recruiters, and bench sales recruiters, to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to compliance standards and maintain proper documentation for all hiring activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to discuss hiring priorities, share market insights, and streamline the hiring process.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring efficiency to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in US staffing recruitment, specifically hiring IT Recruiters, Lead Recruiters, and Bench Sales Recruiters.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for US staffing roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of US staffing processes, including knowledge of H-1B visa, tax regulations, and other staffing-specific requirements.
  • Experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster) and job boards for sourcing candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to engage with both clients and candidates effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills for discussing salary and compensation packages with candidates.
  • Knowledge of recruiting for IT roles, especially in the context of US staffing and the IT industry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • US Staffing Expertise: Strong understanding of staffing practices, including recruitment, vendor management, and client communication.
  • IT Recruitment Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of recruiting for various IT roles and specialized positions like IT Recruiters and Lead Recruiters.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proficient in sourcing candidates via multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Lead Recruiter & Bench Sales Expertise: Expertise in recruiting for Lead Recruiters and Bench Sales Recruiters with a focus on US staffing needs.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Knowledge of compliance requirements and document management for recruitment processes.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate offers, salaries, and contracts effectively.
  • Time Management & Organization: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage recruitment activities efficiently.
