Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team in US IT Recruitment at our Uppal, Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in bench sales recruiting, specifically in the US IT staffing industry, and a passion for identifying opportunities to place bench consultants with clients across the US.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the bench sales process, identifying potential clients, and matching our bench consultants skills with their staffing needs. You will work closely with the recruitment and account management teams to ensure timely and successful placements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment in the US IT Recruitment domain.
• Proven experience with US staffing processes, including knowledge of H1B, OPT, CPT, and other work visa statuses.
• Strong understanding of bench sales strategies and the ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
• Familiarity with IT technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, AWS, etc.) and the types of consultants available on the bench.
• Strong client relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using tools such as LinkedIn, Job Portals, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with vendor management systems (VMS) and direct client interactions.
• Familiarity with staffing agencies and MSP (Managed Service Provider) networks.
• Experience with the US recruitment market and its hiring trends.
• Knowledge of US work visa rules (H1B, L1, TN, EAD, etc.) and OPT/CPT placements.
