Event Planner / Manager

CATERSOFT UK is a software company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Manager to join our Customer Engagement department.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the UK and USA based hospitality customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our event management software, while also coordinating closely with the software team. A fantastic opportunity to directly collaborate with abroad clients and gain exposure to international event management

Responsibilities:

• Involve in Presales, Sales, Onboarding, Customer Support for hospitality and wedding companies across UK, Europe and USA
• Provide comprehensive support to hospitality customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues related to the software.
• Collaborate with the software development team to understand and enhance our event management software.
• Train and guide hospitality customers on how to effectively use the event management software.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to the software team.
• Assist in the development of user manuals, guides, and training materials.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in event planning and hospitality management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service and support.

Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Planning / Hotel Management with a strong understanding of event management software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using and troubleshooting event management software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
