Job Description

Job Title: Operations Manager-Customer Support


The Ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, communicate effectively in written and spoken English to collaborate with UK based customers. Involve in the software sales process, take notes and assist the customer onboarding and interact with the technical team to resolve any software related issues for the customer.

Job Description:


Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless integration of our products/services.
  • Customer Support: Provide top-notch support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our onboarding and support processes, and work with the team to implement efficient and effective solutions.
  • Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and create educational materials to help customers understand and maximize the use of our products/services.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to customer success.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on customer onboarding and support metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Software or Hospitality.
  • Experience in HTML or other web technologies
  • Proven experience in customer service, operations, or onboarding roles.
  • Experience in the hospitality or software-related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
