Job Description
- Identify and pursue high-impact business opportunities within various sectors, focusing on
Pharmaceutical and Frozen Food.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets for reefer
container sales and leasing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level decision-makers and industry
stakeholders.
- Offer customized reefer container solutions to address complex client needs.
- Negotiate complex terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure large-scale deals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.
- Manage PL and ensure profitability in the reefer container division.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or cold chain industry.
- Strong industry connections and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor s degree/MBA/Mechanical Engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of the reefer container industry and its key trends.
