Associate Analyst-Projects

"The principle role of Analyst - Project coordination & work independently with specified Project assigned to COE.
- Generate invoices and Revenue release for PMO under direction of Project Manager.
- Provide analytical and decision-making support to optimize inventory across networks
- Should be able to initiate and execute projects to achieve revenue for PMO Team Monthly Basis.
- Sound knowledge of End to End Project/P2P cycle and SAP. "
"Raise and update Project in SAP for PMO Team under the direction of Project Manager.
Raise and update Project PRs and project demand in SAP under direction of Project Manager.
Generate invoices and Revenue release for PMO under direction of Project Manager.
Raise and update service request and contract in SAP for Software Team under direction of Project Manager. .
Monitor the Project and Update via SharePoint and provide summary report to ANZ Project Head on weekly basis.
Manage the Project and Non-Project POs via SharePoint(complete life cycle) with Project Manager, Buyer and Finance Team.
Manage and monitor the PMO and EISS supplier shared mailbox and act based on Project requirements.
Should be able to initiate and execute projects to achieve revenue for PMO Team Monthly Basis.
Review the Project related suppliers or subcontractor statement monthly and work on the invoices that are overdue or will be overdue
Sound knowledge of End to End Project/P2P cycle and SAP.
Proficient knowledge on Project and SCM functions. "

Graduate in Engineering or Equivalent/ Post Graduate in any stream 5 - 6 yrs experience/ 4-5 years of experience for MBA

" Good understanding of Material planning, Project co ordination,
Proficient skills level in MS Office: Advanced Excel and Power Point presentations.
Proficient and good hands on exposure on ERP (Preferred SAP)
Preferred exposure into Power BI, SQL and PowerBI query building.
