Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Application Coordinator to drive adoption, manage access, and ensure the smooth functioning of our Dealer Portal and Retailer App. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, issue resolution, and training to enable efficient usage of these platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Adoption:

• Collaborate with the helpdesk to increase the adoption of the Dealer Portal and Retailer App among salespersons, dealers, and retailers.
• Develop and implement strategies to onboard new users and enhance platform engagement.

2. Issue Resolution and Development Follow-ups:

• Address and resolve technical and operational issues related to the Dealer Portal and Retailer App in a timely manner.
• Liaise with the development team to follow up on ongoing improvements and feature updates.

3. Access Management:

• Oversee and manage access rights for salespersons, dealers, and retailers to ensure proper platform usage.
• Regularly audit access permissions for security and compliance purposes.

4. Training:

• Conduct training sessions to educate salespersons on the functionality and benefits of the Dealer Portal.
• Develop training materials and resources to improve the learning experience for users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

• 24 years of experience in platform management, user adoption strategies, or a similar role.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and presentation skills to conduct training sessions effectively.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Familiarity with access management protocols and user support.
• Experience with CRM or dealer management systems is a plus.
• Strong expertise with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
