User Management

There is a lot of scope to learn new things work on other things which adds extra skills on to your job role. We get lots of work satisfaction and company don't have that rude or micro managing culture. Everyone is open to help & open to let you grow and serve in different roles to the company.

Dislikes

The work life balance is a bit tight. Though it is expected that it is common in startups. It upto individual who survives with the work life balance. And the salary that we can't expect as similar to mid cap companies even, as Nxtwave was a budding startup with just 4 - 5 years of market.
