Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin to support the day-to-day operations of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the sales cycle from an ERP perspective and should handle tasks such as vendor registration, sales quotations, sales orders, invoicing, dispatch, sales returns, and credit notes. Additionally, knowledge of Salesforce CRM to review quotes, manage opportunities, and close cases will be a plus. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and management of vendor registrations in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP.
Create, track, and manage sales quotations, sales orders, invoices, dispatches, and sales returns.
Handle credit notes and ensure accurate processing within the ERP system.
Work closely with the sales team to review and approve quotes and sales opportunities.
Use Salesforce CRM for opportunity tracking and case management, including closing cases when needed.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, dispatch, and tracking of sales orders.
Maintain records and reports for sales cycles and assist in sales documentation as required.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and resolve any discrepancies.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in a Sales Admin or related role.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, particularly in sales and operations modules.
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, with the ability to manage quotes and close cases.
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
