Director Global Operations Administration

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Global Operations with 25+ years of proven expertise in overseeing and optimizing global business operations. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in driving operational efficiency, strategic growth, and excellence across international markets. This position requires a hands-on leader capable of aligning global strategies with organizational goals while ensuring seamless execution across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute global operational strategies to achieve business objectives and drive organizational growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams across geographies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Analyze global market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and operational improvement.

Operational Excellence:

• Optimize end-to-end operational processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to assess operational performance and ensure continuous improvement.
• Oversee supply chain management, procurement, and logistics to support global operations.

Team Management:

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global operations team.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment across all levels of the organization.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between global and regional teams.

Risk and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.

Technology and Innovation:

• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
• Collaborate with IT and technology teams to streamline processes and systems globally.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to align operational strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 25 years of experience in global operations, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Extensive experience managing multi-geography operations, teams, and budgets.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering measurable results.
