Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Hunter to join our growth-focused team. This individual will leverage their strong relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. They will also collaborate with Salesforce account executives and solution engineers to co-sell and deliver value-driven solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
o Proactively identify and engage with potential clients in the Salesforce ecosystem.
o Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
o Drive new logo acquisition by creating compelling value propositions for customers.
2. Relationship Management:
o Foster strong, collaborative relationships with Salesforce account executives and solution engineers to co-sell effectively.
o Act as the go-to representative for CriticalRiver within the Salesforce ecosystem, attending key events and forums.
3. Sales Strategy:
o Develop account plans and strategies for targeted industries and geographies.
o Leverage industry knowledge and Salesforce expertise to identify client challenges and position CriticalRiver as a trusted partner.
4. Deal Closing:
o Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure.
o Work closely with internal delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless transition and execution.
5. Market Intelligence:
o Stay informed about Salesforce s product roadmap, market trends, and competitor activities to position CriticalRiver ahead of the curve.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
o 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem or enterprise software solutions.
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with demonstrable success in new logo acquisition.
Ecosystem Expertise:
o Strong relationships with Salesforce account executives, solution engineers, and key stakeholders preferred.
o In-depth knowledge of Salesforce s products, solutions, and go-to-market strategies.
Skills:
o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Strategic thinker with the ability to build and execute account plans.
o Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Education:
o Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
