Job Profile:

The Senior Salesforce Technical Support Agent will play a pivotal role in overseeing technical deliverables and ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.

Leveraging deep Salesforce expertise along with a robust Technical Support acumen, this individual ensures smooth delivery of Salesforce support solutions while upholding the principles of IT Service Management and Production Support.

This role will ensure technical excellence, team collaboration, and client collaboration on tickets, working with multiple teams to identify and resolve issues.

Skill Set:

• Salesforce Development experience
• with a Min 6 years' experience in SFDE ecosystem
• Preferred certifications PD1, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud & Administrator
• Experience with Git, merging, managing branches, and resolving conflicts.
• Knowledge of data design, architecture, relational databases, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow Team members in handling escalated support issues, triaging and solutioning issues with Flows, Apex and Salesforce processes.
• Understand the technical aspects of solution delivery including Code review, Ticket handling and prioritization, client interaction and ownership of issues assigned, ensuring timely and quality delivery of Salesforce projects, stories and code.
• Address client technical concerns promptly, leveraging best practices to provide optimal solutions.
• Uphold and champion best practices in Salesforce Development and delivery within the client's landscape.
• Communicate effectively with client teams during meetings using their preferred language and modes of communication.
• Coordinate with onshore, offshore, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure that assigned tickets are solved and delivered within expected SLA timelines.
• Execute other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field; or at least 6 years of professional experience in Salesforce support space using different methods including Apex, Flow, and other Salesforce best practices.
• Outstanding interpersonal and client service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex topics for various audiences during meetings and via written channels.
