Lead Strategy/Consulting projects for Banks, NBFCs, AMCs, Insurance companies, DFIs and other Government agencies
Role would involve working on Go-to market strategy for new product and branch roll outs, Profitability/RoA augmentation strategies, Building credit models/scorecards (for Banks/NBFCs), cost optimization strategy, risk analysis, valuation and implementation support
