Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Vendor Management Specialist to lead IT hiring through vendor channels. This role involves vendor governance, talent acquisition, employee engagement, MIS/reporting, and training oversight within the IT domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Relationship and Profile Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring they understand and meet organizational standards and hiring requirements.
Vendor Employee Oversight and Engagement: Oversee vendor-recruited candidates with a focus on off-roll employee performance, engagement, and grievance handling to promote workplace satisfaction.
Training Coordination: Identify and coordinate training needs for vendor employees, ensuring they receive necessary skill-building sessions to align with company standards and role requirements.
Vendor Governance and Performance Management: Establish and maintain vendor governance frameworks, holding vendors accountable for SLAs and performance standards. Regularly review vendor performance to improve hiring quality and process efficiency.
Contract and Renewal Management: Manage vendor contracts, including renewals and compliance, ensuring timely updates to agreements in alignment with organizational policies.
MIS and Reporting: Generate and manage MIS reports on vendor performance, hiring metrics, and training outcomes, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Interview Coordination: Manage scheduling and communication for vendor-sourced candidate interviews, working closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth processes.
Payment and Invoice Processing: Oversee timely processing of vendor payments, invoices, and purchase orders (PO), collaborating with the finance team to ensure accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 7-12 years in IT hiring and vendor management, with experience in training coordination and vendor governance.
Knowledge of IT Roles: Strong understanding of IT skillsets, especially in areas like software development, cloud, and infrastructure.
Vendor and Contract Management Skills: Proven experience managing vendor relationships, performance metrics, compliances, and contract renewals.
Employee Engagement and Training: Experience in handling off-roll employee engagement, performance management, and coordinating necessary training programs.
Financial Acumen: Knowledgeable in vendor invoicing, PO management, and timely payment processing.
Data Management and Reporting: Skilled in MIS reporting to support data-driven decisions for vendor performance, hiring metrics, and training effectiveness.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with vendors, training facilitators, internal teams, and stakeholders.
