Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources and timely reporting of results and ROI.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and proactive marketing strategies.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Experience
7+ years of B2B BFSI or technology marketing experience along with ABM and Content Marketing
A minimum of three to five years in marketing strategy and revenue enablement roles in BFSI or information technology firms servicing BFSI industry.
