Collect documents, including financial statements, performance reports, and other
important data artifacts. Examples of activities include: tracking acquired documents and
pursuing missing reports per escalation procedures; storing required documents in relevant
storage systems; managing and resolving auto-downloading tool exceptions (such as from
web crawlers).
Manage data including the extraction, standardization, and validation of data, and making
it available on distribution and delivery platforms. Activities include set-up of data, deals and
companies in the relevant internal applications; mapping processes; carrying out adjustments
to calculate or derive data values; applying business rules; conducting automated and manual
validation checks through various stages of the data management lifecycle and processes.
Manage data content within databases including the integration of vendor feeds, data
integrity tests and data updates. Activities include data maintenance; mapping/linking of
reference data IDs relating to entities and issues; handling data loading exceptions and
reconciling data sources.
Resolve data inquiries from internal and external customers. Activities include research
and analysis; root cause solutioning; generating reports for internal stakeholders. Assist in
quality checks of third-party data providers and provide additional data requirements as
secondary data providers.
e. Support services to design, build, test, deploy and maintain automated tools and systems.
Examples include automated web sourcing; automated data upload and downloads; autoextraction;
workflow systems.
Provide support for data related projects and change requests. Examples of activities
include development of requirements for change requests relating to CRISIL applications,
delivery of assigned project tasks, and user acceptance testing.
Assist in providing strategic input such as research, business analysis, new product
analysis, growth forecasts, content analysis.
Assist in services performing control checks such as access controls, Information Quality
Maintenance, highlighting and resolving discrepancies, creating reports for 17g-7 criteria.
Assist with records management and support policies and procedure adherence
activities such as document upload and download, conducting file completeness and accuracy
checks and rating letter creation.
