Crisil - Lead Analyst - Loan Operations (8-14 yrs)

Requirement is for someone with experience in LoanIQ and ACBS - should have experience in Loan IQ Migration testing

Job title: Lead Analyst - Loan Operations

Location: Mumbai/Pune/Chennai, India

Experience: 8+ years of experience commercial lending, Syndicated and bilateral loan processing

Job duties:

- Thorough understanding of Loan product Lifecyle with exposure across various Loan management systems, documentation, closing, funding, and post closure servicing of transactions

- Knowledge of key activities across the Loan Syndication, various loan products, Syndicated and Bilateral deals

- Sound understanding of loan products; policies and processes; documentation requirements; risk systems, including loan origination systems; limits and exposure management; legal documentation

- Acquaintance on handling multiple migrations from other systems to Loan IQ; train and guide new user groups in different Loan IQ functionalities, modules, etc.

- Loan IQ pre-implementation unitary testing - functionalities, data etc., configuration testing, UAT testing

- Generate and share comprehensive report on metrics and team performance to the higher management

- Familiar with Loan IQ navigation as booking of outstanding loans/SBLC, manual adjustment of accruals, Manual cashflow

- Manage Loan servicing function by ensuring accurate static set up of client in LIQ. Static set up includes KYC checks, credit agreement, Deal set up, Facility & Loan set up in Loan IQ

- Funding, payments, rollover, nostro reconciliation and calculation of interest and fees per the notice sent by agent bank

Qualification: CA/ MBA Finance/ M.com

Skills required:

- Proficient in using various tools such as Loan IQ, ACBS, Flex-cube, XMC and MS Excel

- Understanding of credit agreement, admin detail form, pricing letters, borrowing notices

- Strong background with LoanIQ Platform - functional knowledge and validation, with experience is supporting designing of customised loan originations systems

- Loan IQ migration testing - pre-implementation as well as post implementation

- Techno-domain knowledge both

- Migration of active deals to LIQ from other software - configuration testing in LoanIQ

- Creation of outstandings in Loan IQ, Servicing, FED/SWIFT payments

- Knowhow around lending products is required, while experience across all corporate, commercial and retail banking in an added bonus

- Ability to implement tasks and projects with minimal supervision

- Proficient in MS Office application with advanced knowledge of excel a strong plus
