Accountabilities:

1. Plan and execute projects, from initiation to completion . Ensure they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
2. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
3. Work with cross-functional teams and staff of all levels, including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work/projects to team members reporting to others
4. Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle.
5. Identify and manage project and or program issues. Sets project quality and performance standard.
6. Provide regular updates and presentations to leadership on project status and outcomes.
7. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact on project goals.
8. Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
9. Maintain throughout documentation of project status and generate reports basis on team performance. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
10. Define milestones and major achievements to major success criteria
11. Identify and coordinate with development teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
12. Strong problem solving skills and work as a bridge between the technical teams and business teams in case of any issues.
13. Works well within a structured environment in which team members can work together as an efficient team.

Education / Experience / Other Information

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Graduation in equivalent degree
• PMP, ITIL, CSM, Prince 2 certifications etc will be an advantage
• 10-15 years of experience in Project management, Agile methodology
• Familiar with Project management tools for e. g. MS projects, ADO etc
• Hands on experience on MS Excel PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, Agile, Scrum, SDLC etc.
• Basic understanding of information security and sub functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
