- Engineering Leadership & Management of Design & Engineering team engaged in Pumps Design

- Promote Cross-functional collaboration and Concurrent Engineering for successful realization of pumps and other Products meeting established QCD requirements

Design Leadership:

- Lead the NPD for projects, ensuring the design vision is realized while adhering to client requirements, timelines, and budget.

- Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing designs that align with project goals and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee the preparation of concept designs, schematic layouts, detailed architectural drawings, and other design deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations.
