HR Trainee (Recruitment)

Candidate Desired profile: -

Female MBA HR fresher who is willing to work in Talent Acquisition Team, initially will be appointed in Contract roll.

l Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and interpersonal skills

2024-2025 MBA-HR Students may also apply for Internship then will be absorbed in Company Roll/Contract roll.

Necessary training will be given in the following areas to handle these roles and responsibilities in future.

Preference is given to local candidate for easy commutation.

Work location: - Coimbatore, Saravanampatti, Keeranatham.

Roles and Responsibilities:

l To handle end to end recruitment cycle effectively.

l Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

l To ensure that candidate profiles/skills match the Job Description/Organizational needs.

l Facilitate the interview process and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

l Conduct references checks and background screenings as necessary.

l Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.

l Individual file creation and master creation for new joiners on daily basis.

l Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
