Civil Site Engineer - 1

Role & responsibilities :

• Responsible to prepare preliminary project plan and budget.
• Follow-up and Coordination with Architect and consultant for obtaining GFC drawings and plan for further development.
• Preparation of structural design and drawing for small projects.
• Supervise all construction activities, providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
• Prepare and manage the schedule of the works and conducting review meetings for progress of work.
• Responsible for material indent raising , Inventory management and budget control of projects . ( budget control - Value).
• Verification and Certification of Contractors Bills.
• Ensuring the PPEs and safety for all workman and project

Preferred candidate profile :-

• Candidate should have DME/ BE - Civil Engineering with 5+ years' experience in the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities.
• Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and tools.
• Proficient in computer-assisted design (CAD) and other design, data recording, and analyzation software.

2 Building Maintenance Engineer - 3- 4 years of experience Civil building maintenance role.
