Work location : - Arasur - Hydraline Industries II

SPECIFICATION Press tools , Tools sparesMaintenance,Maintenance ,Mandrels, Design Mandrels ,Design , Inspection, Trouble Shooting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Press Tool Design & Modification
  • Tool Inspection, PM Maintenance, Existing tool Spare maintenance
  • Identifying deviation in tools spares & making corrective action
  • New tool spares design, Drawing updation in PLM and cost estimation
  • Scrap disposal document preparation / Month
  • New tool trial and identified improvements & Handover to Production with
  proper Evidence
  • Tool life monitoring in house and OSP components
  • All type of measuring instruments handling
  • 5S Improvements
  • Kaizen - Spare tool consumption reduction
  • Onsite Tool Inspection
  • Supplier Followup•

Tools and fixture calibration ( In House and OSP Tools)

• Completion of tools and fixtures calibration as per plan.
• Co-ordination and completion of identified Deviations.
• Identification of possibility in improving life of tools spares and Mandrels• Calibration Techniques.

Desired profile : - Diploma in Tool & Die making / BE - Mechanical with any diploma in Tool and Die making with minimum 2+ years of experience Calibration work.
