Senior RPA Administrator - UiPath/Blue Prism (8-12 yrs)

Role : Sr RPA Admin.

Skills : UiPath & Blue prism (installing, configuring, upgrading, and managing RPA platforms for UiPath and Blue Prism as an administrator), infrastructure Support, Shell script/Powershell.

Job Description :

RPA Administrator with expertise in infrastructure setup and BAU (Business as Usual) support for UiPath and Blue Prism. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional who takes ownership of deliverables and has extensive experience in troubleshooting, Windows administration, and change management.

Must-Have Skills :

- Proven experience in installing, configuring, upgrading, and managing RPA platforms for UiPath and Blue Prism as an administration.

- Hands-on experience with UiPath Orchestrator Administration.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address issues that arise during the daily operation of automated processes, providing timely responses and solutions as needed.

- Ability to monitor the Windows infrastructure, including terminal, application, control room, web servers, and related service.

Proficiency in managing all RPA components : User accounts, Roles, Permissions, Objects, Processes, Web services, Work Queues, Credentials, Resources, Pools, Licenses, Tenant, Orchestrator.

Expertise in vulnerability remediation to enhance application health and security.

Experience in Change, Incident, and Problem Management on ITSM platform.

Ability to monitor alerts and take prompt action as needed.

Collaboration skills to work effectively with various IT teams (Network, Security, Database, Server, Release, etc.

Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for installation, issue tracking, runbooks, and admin procedure.

Ability to work with RPA vendors to understand their technology and feature roadmap, helping the business and IT teams plan accordingly.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse set of partners across multiple discipline.

Working knowledge of Workato and Abby is a plus.

Experience :

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in installing, configuring, upgrading, and managing RPA platforms for UiPath and Blue Prism as an administrator

- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, SQL Database and best practices

- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.
