RPA Developer - Automation Anywhere (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that drive operational efficiency and improve business processes. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in automating complex business processes using RPA technologies, with a specific focus on Automation Anywhere.

Key Responsibilities :

- RPA Development : Design and develop RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere to automate repetitive and manual tasks across business functions.

- Process Analysis & Optimization : Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation, streamline operations, and improve efficiency.

- Automation Design & Architecture : Build scalable and efficient RPA solutions by developing bots, workflows, and control rooms using Automation Anywhere.

- Bot Development : Develop, test, and deploy bots to automate business processes, ensuring that they meet business requirements and achieve desired results.

- Integration : Integrate RPA solutions with backend systems, databases, and third-party applications to automate end-to-end workflows.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Troubleshoot issues related to bot performance, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of automation-related problems.

- Testing & Validation : Perform unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the bots and ensure they perform as expected in real-world scenarios.

- Documentation : Document the entire automation process, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance, following company standards and best practices.

- Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to understand process requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.

- Bot Maintenance & Support : Provide ongoing support and maintenance of deployed bots, ensuring they operate smoothly and are updated as needed to adapt to changing business needs.

- Continuous Improvement : Continuously monitor and optimize automation solutions to improve efficiency, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 3+ years focused on Automation Anywhere.

- Strong proficiency in Automation Anywhere RPA tools, including Control Room, Bot Creator, Bot Runner, and MetaBots.

- Experience in designing and developing end-to-end automation solutions that involve both structured and unstructured data.

- Solid knowledge of automation best practices, coding standards, and reusable component design in RPA.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, SQL, and Python for bot development.

- Familiarity with integrating RPA solutions with enterprise applications such as SAP, CRM, and ERP systems.

- Experience with API integration, web services, and other integration patterns to automate complex business processes.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug, test, and optimize automation solutions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an Agile environment.

- Experience with Orchestrator and Control Room for bot deployment, scheduling, and monitoring.

- RPA Certification in Automation Anywhere is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of other RPA tools like UiPath or Blue Prism.

- Familiarity with AI/ML integration for cognitive automation.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud in the context of RPA.

- Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow optimization.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
