Oracle Developer - EBS Module (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & Development : Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12, utilizing PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and Rice components to meet business requirements.

- Module Expertise : Work extensively with R12 modules such as Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), and other core modules of EBS.

- Integrations : Develop and manage integrations between Oracle E-Business Suite and other systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth workflows.

- Support & Troubleshooting : Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents in a timely manner to ensure smooth system operations.

- Upgrades/Patching : Manage and perform upgrades and patching processes to keep the system up-to-date and aligned with business needs.

- Optimization : Optimize Oracle databases and AOL (Application Object Library), improving the performance and efficiency of Oracle EBS modules and applications.

- Technical Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for custom solutions, integrations, and configurations.

- Client-Facing Role : Work directly with clients, providing expertise in Oracle EBS, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions tailored to their needs.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with other technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), with a focus on designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions.

- Strong experience with PL/SQL, Rice components, and Oracle Forms/Reports.

- In-depth knowledge of R12 modules such as Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), and other key Oracle EBS modules.

- Hands-on experience with AOL (Application Object Library) and optimizing Oracle databases.

- Strong background in integrations, providing seamless connectivity between Oracle EBS and other systems.

- Proven track record in providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and performing upgrades/patching.

- Excellent client-facing skills, with experience in gathering requirements, delivering solutions, and creating technical documentation.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 upgrade projects and applying patches.

- Familiarity with OAF (Oracle Application Framework) for customizing user interfaces in Oracle EBS.

- Knowledge of Oracle EBS security and user management.

- Familiarity with other Oracle applications or cloud technologies (e.g. , Oracle Cloud)
