Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- SAP Configuration : Configure and customize SAP FICO modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- End-to-End Process Implementation : Lead and support the implementation of key SAP processes, including Sales Order to Cash (OTC) and Procurement to Pay (P2P) processes.
- Bank Communications & EBS : Configure and manage Bank Communications and Electronic Bank Statements (EBS) processes to ensure smooth bank reconciliation and financial data flow.
- Intercompany Processes : Implement and configure Intercompany processes in SAP, ensuring seamless financial data exchange between entities.
- Tax & Compliance : Work with SAP to support Sales and Use Tax and VAT processes, ensuring compliance with global tax regulations.
- Integration Support : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration of SAP FICO modules with other SAP and third-party systems.
- Troubleshooting & Support : Provide ongoing support to business users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FICO configurations.
- Documentation & Training : Prepare detailed configuration documentation, user manuals, and provide end-user training for new processes.
Skills & Qualifications :
- SAP FICO Expertise : Proven hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP FICO modules including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting.
- OTC & P2P : Strong experience in Sales OTC (Order to Cash) and Procurement P2P (Procure to Pay) processes, ensuring seamless integration and process flow.
- Bank Communications & EBS : Experience with Bank Communications and Electronic Bank Statements (EBS) setup and management within SAP.
- Intercompany Process Knowledge : Solid understanding and practical experience with Intercompany processes within SAP.
- Tax Knowledge : Familiarity with Sales and Use Tax and VAT configurations in SAP for global compliance.
- SAP Modules : Experience with additional SAP modules such as SAP MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot and optimize financial processes.
- Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation and support of SAP processes.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- SAP Certification in FICO or relevant SAP modules.
- Previous experience working in global or multi-entity organizations with a focus on intercompany and cross-border processes.
- Experience with S/4HANA implementation is a plus
