The role focuses on non-tech roles, blending strategic planning and hands-on hiring to meet workforce needs in dynamic, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities:

1. Designing and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to hiring leaders' needs.

4. Creating and leveraging talent dashboards for data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

3. Expertise in recruitment automation tools and technologies.

4. Strong assessment, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

5. Proven ability to recruit in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, including campus recruitment.
