AM/DM - Project Finance - Power - 3+ Years - Delhi/NCR

We are seeking an experienced professional to join the Project Finance team as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager. This role will focus on raising long-term project finance and working capital facilities, with a key emphasis on renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor with a strong background in project finance, financial modeling, and relationship management with financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead fund-raising and project finance activities, focusing on both short-term and long-term financing for the renewable business.

2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with financial institutions, including Banks, NBFCs, Institutional investors, and Credit Rating Agencies.

3. Prepare detailed financial models to support project financing.

4. Work with teams on debt financing, including term loans, project finance loans, and bonds.

Requirements:

1. 3-7 years in Project Finance and Fund-Raising, ideally within the renewable energy sector.

2. Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance with relevant experience.

3. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and data analysis.
