Manager/Senior Manager - Bank Reconciliations (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Manager/Senior Manager in Bank Reconciliations with a strong background in managing multi-location bank accounts and ensuring smooth banking operations across various locations. This role involves overseeing banking transactions, reconciliation, managing large customer transaction databases, and optimizing banking fees.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage multi-location and multiple Bank/Current Accounts

2. Handle the opening and closing formalities of Bank Current Accounts

3. Oversee banking transactions, particularly online banking for deposit and fund transfer via RTGS/NEFT

4. Manage and reconcile large customer transaction databases

5. Coordinate with banks to facilitate cash deposits across various locations

6. Negotiate with banks to reduce deposit charges

Requirements:

1. Commerce Graduate/Post-Graduate or Qualified/Inter CA or ICWA

2. 5-10 years of experience in banking operations

3. Strong knowledge of banking transactions, including online banking, RTGS/NEFT, and cash deposit processes

4. Proven ability to handle large volumes of customer transactions

5. Excellent negotiation skills to reduce bank deposition charges

6. Proficient in Excel and capable of managing dashboards
