About the Role :

Creospan is seeking a skilled Senior ETL Developer with 5-7 years of experience in Informatica Big Data Developer and advanced data integration technologies.

This role focuses on developing, optimizing, and managing data pipelines for enterprise-level projects while leveraging your expertise in ETL, big data, and data quality tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- ETL Development : Design, build, and enhance data pipelines using Informatica Big Data Developer for seamless data integration and transformation.

- Data Quality and Profiling : Develop Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) mappings for profiling, cleansing, and parsing data using transformations like filters, lookups, joiners, aggregators, etc.

- Big Data Integration : Work with large datasets from Amazon S3 and process them using Python, PySpark, and Databricks.

- Performance Tuning : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Informatica mappings and workflows by analyzing logs and implementing best practices.

- Web Service Integration : Build mapplets integrated with web-service APIs for deployment on MDM platforms.

- Collaboration & Agile Practices : Participate in Agile development processes using tools like Jira, Miro, and Scrum to ensure timely delivery of projects.

- AI & Automation : Leverage ChatGPT and Generative AI for data cleansing and automation using prompt engineering techniques.

- Domain Knowledge : Apply experience in the life sciences domain, supporting commercial and enterprise-level projects.

Qualifications and Skills :

Experience : 5-7 years of hands-on experience in ETL development with Informatica tools.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in Informatica Big Data Developer and IDQ.

- Strong knowledge of Python, PySpark, and cloud tools like Databricks.

- Experience working with data from Amazon S3 and databases like Oracle.

- Strong SQL skills and an understanding of MDM platforms.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Strong collaboration skills within Agile frameworks.

- Preferred : Experience in the life sciences domain and knowledge of API integration.
