Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and attract top IT talent through platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for technical roles.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, initial screening, technical assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
- Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders regarding recruitment progress and market trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track hiring metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on market trends to refine recruitment strategies and remain competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in IT recruitment with a strong track record of sourcing technical talent.
- Familiarity with hiring for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, and other IT positions.
- Expertise in using ATS platforms (e.g, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ciepal).
- Proficiency in leveraging Boolean searches, recruitment analytics, and sourcing platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to generate actionable insights from recruitment data and metrics.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, SHRM, or CIPD).
- Experience in campus recruitment or bulk hiring for IT roles.
- Knowledge of industry trends and labor market insights for IT professionals.
