Job Description : Technical Business Analyst
Location : Creospan, Pune
Experience : 6-7 Years
Position Summary :
Creospan Pune is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Corporate Actions to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth delivery of solutions that align with organizational goals.
This role involves extensive work in data analysis, SQL, and workflow design, with a strong focus on the Corporate Actions domain.
Key Responsibilities :
Requirements Gathering and Documentation :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, gather, and analyze requirements.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Define and document user stories and use cases to ensure effective communication with technical teams.
Data Analysis and SQL :
- Utilize SQL to perform data analysis, validate requirements, and ensure data integrity.
- Analyze complex datasets to support decision-making and problem-solving in Corporate Actions processes.
Process Design and Optimization :
- Use tools like Microsoft Visio to create and refine workflows and process diagrams.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
Project Management Support :
- Define and manage project scope, deliverables, and objectives.
- Support project budgeting and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders.
Testing and Validation :
- Work with QA teams to develop and validate test cases based on business requirements.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business teams and ensure sign-off.
Skills and Qualifications :
Technical Expertise :
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio for workflow and process design.
- Expertise in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
- In-depth understanding of Corporate Actions processes in financial services.
Experience : 6-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to Corporate Actions or related financial domains.
Additional Skills :
Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex processes.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
Collaboration : Team player with the ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Work Schedule : Willingness to work in UK shift timings to collaborate with international stakeholders.
