Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Set and track ambitious sales targets for the team and individual team members.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive and high-achieving team culture.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop customized sales proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage sales budgets and budgets.
- Track key sales metrics (conversion rates, customer lifetime value) and report on progress to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of proven success in sales leadership roles, consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales forecasting tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven ability to motivate and mentor sales teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sales coaching and training methodologies.
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies.
