Role and Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Strategy:
Work closely with client leadership teams to define and manage expectations.
Collaborate with clients to identify pain points and propose tailored product solutions.
Solution Design and Coordination:
Coordinate between clients and internal product development teams for effective product solutioning.
Act as a liaison to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.
Client Management:
Lead monthly performance reviews to manage expectations and performance metrics.
Address daily client queries and ensure timely resolutions.
Marketing and Sales Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team for regular outreach and product promotion.
Evangelize Creditas' product offerings across diverse client bases to drive adoption and sales.
Product Performance Optimization:
Monitor product performance by bridging performance marketing efforts and client business objectives.
Leverage insights to drive continuous product improvement and client satisfaction.

B2B Sales Expertise
Comprehensive knowledge of business-to-business sales processes, strategies, and best practices.
Client Management
Ability to manage and nurture client relationships effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention.
