Inside Sales Executive

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - Digital Demat Accounts

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential clients, nurturing leads and promoting Demat account services.
• Guide clients through the process of app downloads and ensure KYC verification is completed.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet individual and team targets for client acquisition.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, account statuses, and sales progress.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Follow up with leads regularly to ensure completion of all necessary steps for account setup.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in inside sales or digital services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound client interactions.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
